What is Numbat?

How does Numbat learn about my business?
Give it your website URL and it reads your pages. You can also upload PDFs and documents, or type questions and answers in directly. When your site changes, re-sync with one click.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says it doesn't know and offers to connect the customer with your team. If nobody is online, it collects their email so you can reply later. It won't make up an answer.
Will it work on my website?
Yes. If you can paste a line of code into your site's footer, you can add Numbat. That covers WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer and hand-built sites.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies in the language the customer writes in, including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi and Japanese, even if your content is only in English.
